![]() Paddling a canoe is a lot like a good marriage. In order to go forward and avoid obstacles, there has to be teamwork involved. If not, you can find yourself mired in a downed tree, lost in the high reeds of a marsh or up to your neck in water. Over the years, my husband and I have made peace in the canoe. I let him steer while I navigate. It`s a relationship that has held together for many years. For our anniversary this year, Glen and I decided to explore some of Wisconsin`s Rustic Roads in southwestern Wisconsin.
