FERRYVILLE, Wis. (WXOW) – A new factor has been added to the construction of the Wisconsin 82/Iowa 9 Mississippi River Bridge—better known as the Black Hawk Bridge.
The bridge connects Crawford County, Wisconsin, to Lansing, Iowa. In early May, the bridge`s monitoring systems detected movement that exceeded its safety threshold.
