Wisconsin DNR marks 125 years of state parks

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin DNR celebrated 125 years of the State Park System in 2025 and is encouraging visitors to look forward to the future.

This year, parks welcomed nearly 21 million visitors, held more than 1,500 programs, and introduced a new 12-month vehicle pass for more flexible access.
