Reporting to the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, this position will play a key role in helping to maximize the short-and-long term impact of the new Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS).The Community Development Manager will be responsible for the creation, delivery and ongoing refinement of timely, practical, and impactful diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programming designed for key stakeholder groups within CALS, including faculty, staff and students.
