GREEN BAY - Evelia Castro, 70, came to Green Bay with her husband and a son from Jalisco, Mexico, in 2001.At first, she said, she liked the city... But later, she realized something was missing...“We started feeling some anguish and some sadness,” she said.
That began to change when people from St. Willebrord Catholic Church invited her family to come to Mass.
“I felt a great joy when we knew there was a Spanish Mass here, because I already loved this place,” she said...
