The worker shortage is still having an impact in Wisconsin, and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. Items like pay and benefits have always been priorities for workers, but many are also looking at company policies and culture as they compare employers.That has caused some employers to look inward at their own policies and cultures to be more attractive to workers.
In recent years, but especially since 2020, a spotlight has been put on how businesses are addressing issues of race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, with their employees.
