![]() Single-family new home permit activity across Wisconsin increased in the fourth quarter of 2025. This represents a small growth overall for the year and a continued demand for new housing statewide. According to data from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, 2,936 single-family housing permits were issued statewide from October through December 2025, compared to 2,634 permits during the same period in 2024, an 11.5% increase.
