The nation's third-largest convenience store retailer is implementing a new three-year plan that will see it greatly expand its store footprint.

RSK: Don't be surprised if you see one of the third-largest convenience stores open up around here. Best known for it pizza and other made to order food. Kwik Trip seems to have that locked up around here for now.
