A new Chipotle, a fast-casual chain with over 4,000 locations globally, will open in the Capitol Square on the first floor of the Tenney Building next to Colectivo Coffee. The space, located at 23 S. Pinckney St., was last occupied by Arch Apothecary, a salon that closed in 2023.
